Steve Pence
Steve Pence is one of the four founders of the Rivanna Conservation Society. As a trained forester, a lifelong conservationist and an avid paddler, Steve and his four colleagues joined together in 1990 to create an organization designed to care and protect the Rivanna River and its tributaries. Steve recently retired from the Virginia Department of Forestry.
