(Director 2006-present) - Morgan is an associate attorney with the Southern Environmental Law Center in Charlottesville where he works on a variety of issues relating to the protection and improvement of water quality in Virginia, including the Charlottesville and Albemarle area, in particular. He earned his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1998, returned for his J.D. in 2002, and came back to Charlottesville for a third time in 2004 to join SELC. Morgan grew up in Fairfax, Virginia, and he credits the rapid and poorly-planned growth of that region as a primary reason he developed an interest in protecting the environment. Morgan serves on the Advocacy Committee and is currently working on the Watershed Score Card project with RCS, the Southern Environmental Law Center and the University of Virginia Environmental Law Clinic.
