Jim has more than twenty years of experience delivering strong and sustainable financial gains in highly competitive business markets. Working for Merchant Tires as the Chief Financial Officer Jim gained superior financial qualifications with strong background in working with business owners, corporate management, and outside professionals. Jim brings to the RCS years of leadership in developing and refining process improvements and installation of new systems. Jim is also well known for his outstanding interpersonal, team building and communication skills.
