RCS volunteers are the backbone of the organization and are crucial to the success of the Society. Volunteers donate their time, talents and to assure that the projects and programs of the
RCS are successfully completed. We are so grateful to the wonderful volunteers and the Student Intern Corps for their many contributions to our success.

Volunteers

Volunteers dedicate their time and talents to assure the implementation of RCS projects including, river and streambank cleanups, buffer plantings, kiosk construction, guided paddles and Sojourns, writing articles for the RCS newsletter, newsletter development and printing, brochure and special graphics projects. RCS volunteers are also involved in organization governance, through the Board of Directors and the several membership committees listed below.
