This training is designed for current benthic monitors who collect benthic field samples and/or participate in lab days. The aim of this workshop is to develop identification skills, refine family-level characteristics, and cover any topics monitors may need additional help with. Advanced training is required to become a certified benthic monitor and adopt benthic sites.
