The Rivanna Conservation Alliance (RCA) and Rivanna Master Naturalists are hosting an educational workshop and bonfire at the Scheier Natural Area in Palmyra, VA. Participants will identify and listen to the sounds of the night – frogs, toads, and other critters that live in the woods and in or around the ponds. With flashlights, you will explore with trained professional educators. The event will conclude with s’mores and hot chocolate around the campfire.
This is a Free Event, though donations for our new Scheier Education Center are ENCOURAGED.
