During this outdoor training workshop, we will talk about RCA’s long-term biological monitoring program, the organisms we monitor, the sampling protocol, and how to become a stream monitor with RCA. We’ll collect benthic macroinvertebrates from the stream and work together to identify them! No prior experience is required, but space is limited. Sign up here!
WHAT TO BRING: mask, glasses if you wear them, waders or boots (we will have pairs for you to borrow if needed), water and snacks, sunscreen, hat, and any other clothing to keep you comfortable outdoors.
